Steps

  1. In your repository, run specweave init. It adds AGENTS.md and the SpecWeave skills.
  2. Open SpecWithCode. In setup, keep this computer and choose Continue. The Claude card should say Ready to code; if it does not, run claude auth login in a terminal first.
  3. Add the repository: choose the plus next to Projects, then Local folder, then its path. A new chat opens.
  4. Pick Claude Code in the model picker. The recording sets Full access for the demo only.
  5. Type $, pick sw-increment and describe the change. The agent writes spec.md with acceptance criteria and a task with its files and test.
  6. Send sw-do. The agent claims the task, changes the code and runs the test. The task is marked done only when the test passes.
  7. Choose Open diff to review the code, the test and the ledger line. Then sw-done verifies and closes the increment.
